Description

The Container Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic system designed for manufacturing container panels from hot rolled steel and galvanized steel. The machine features 22 forming stations and supports material thicknesses of 2.0–2.5 mm, delivering consistent and robust container profiles. With a forming speed of 10–20 meters per minute, it is ideal for high-volume production environments. Hydraulic cutting ensures precise, clean cuts, while the advanced Siemens PLC control system provides accurate automation and ease of operation. The rollers are made from heat-treated GCr15 and Cr12Mov steel, ensuring durability and long service life.
