Description

The Crash Guard Roll Forming machine is a high-performance system engineered for manufacturing highway guardrails and crash barriers. Equipped with 15 to 22 forming stations, the machine delivers a forming speed of 5–12 meters per minute, making it ideal for large-scale production. Its hydraulic cutting system guarantees precise and clean cuts, while the robust dual main motors (18.5 KW each) and a 22–30 KW hydraulic power pack ensure consistent, powerful operation. The advanced PLC control system (Panasonic/Siemens) provides precise automation and easy operation. Voltage is customizable to suit different industrial requirements.
