Description

The Galvanized Iron Mild Steel Solar Panel Mounting Bracket Strut Channel Roll Forming Machine builds solar panel brackets and strut channels with speed plus exact size. It accepts HR besides CR mild steel from 1 mm to 2 mm thick and forms the common widths 41x41, 41x21 but also 41x61 mm - one machine covers most solar support jobs. A fully automatic cutter trims each length - fifteen roll stations shape the strip giving the same profile every cycle. A 20 HP motor drives the line - a single eight hour shift yields about ten tonnes of product. The machine runs on 415 V power and stays in continuous duty. The finished channels have smooth faces as well as tight tolerances.
