Description

The Liner Sheet Forming Machine / Wall Panel Forming Machine from M/S Ferro Industries runs by itself and shapes sheets fast and accurately. The frame uses strong mild steel plus needs a 440 V three phase supply - it keeps running without pause under heavy use. It forms sheet at 12 metres every minute, which suits long production runs for wall panels or liner sheets. It accepts sheet up to 4 feet (1220 mm) wide and 1 mm thick - one unit covers many building and cladding jobs. A self acting cutter trims the sheet but also the colour coated finish protects against rust while it gives a neat look. The frame is rectangular - the controls are automatic - staff touch the work rarely and output stays high.
