Description

The Tempo Floor and Wall Panel Sheet Forming Machine from M/S Ferro Industries is a strong, fully automatic machine that produces color coated floor and wall panels without stopping. Its frame is built from high grade mild steel plus it runs on a 440 V three phase supply - it keeps the same pace shift after shift. A hydraulic shear cuts each panel to length - the blade stays sharp and the edge stays square even at high output. Twenty forming stations but also twenty-six vertical stations shape the sheet step by step - every station repeats the same motion - each panel leaves the line with the same profile. The decoiler accepts coils that weigh up to five tonnes allowing the line to run for hours before a coil change.
